IncluNorm Foundation · Nonprofit arm of Misty Glam Company

Building a world where inclusion is the norm.

We believe disability inclusion is a skill — one that can be taught, practiced, and designed into everyday life. So instead of another awareness campaign, we build the tools: learning platforms, adaptive fashion, and advocacy stages that put inclusion into practice.

35 quiz questions · 5 active initiatives · 100 models, one historic runway

Why we exist

When inclusion isn't taught, exclusion becomes the default.

Most people don't exclude on purpose. They exclude because no one ever showed them another way — the right words, the right design choices, the right seat at the table. Inclusion doesn't happen by accident, and it won't arrive through good intentions alone. It has to be learned, practiced, and built into the products, wardrobes, and stages people encounter every day. That's the work of the IncluNorm Foundation: turning good intentions into practical, repeatable skill.

Our work

Five initiatives, one throughline.

Each project teaches the same lesson in a different language — through play, through print, through fabric, and through the runway.

Advocacy Pageant Network

Pageantry and fashion as advocacy — starting with the Albinism Advocacy Pageant and an advocacy runway show built for visibility.

Meet the projects

Advocacy Runway Show

Our most ambitious project yet: bringing together 100 models with disabilities for one historic runway — a single stage, built for visibility that can't be scrolled past.

Our method

How we create change.

One continuous thread runs through everything we build — from the first lesson to the final stitch to the runway lights.

  1. Learn

Practical, bite-sized lessons replace guesswork with real understanding.

  2. Practice

Interactive scenarios turn knowledge into instinct, not just information.

  3. Represent

Disabled voices and bodies lead every campaign, every runway, every room.

  4. Design

Adaptive fashion proves inclusion can be engineered, not just imagined.

  5. Advocate

Pageants and runways carry the message to audiences that policy alone can't reach.

  6. Transform

Individual habits become institutional defaults — the shift we're building toward.
